Shipping

Japan Orders:
All sales product will be FREE shipping regardless of the purchase price. It will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Japan Post (with tracking details)

International Orders:
Shipping is FREE for all international orders. All our sales items are shipped from Casefinite Co Ltd (Japan) warehouses or 3rd party operating logistics hub in all other countries that we operate. We ship the sales items based on the nearest warehouse available we operate based on customer’s address. We ship worldwide via the country’s national courier organization depending on which warehouse. We also ship using 3rd party courier’s company such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS to ship our products.

Casefinite Co., Ltd (Japan) ships on a DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) basis. The price paid to Casefinite Co., Ltd (Japan) will Include all relevant import duties and sales taxes (if any). All applicable duties, taxes and fees will be included in the total amount of your order. We guarantee you will not be required to pay any additional costs on delivery.

For customers in the United States, CASEFINITE CO., LTD (JAPAN) does not collect sales or use tax in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales or use tax unless your state is exempt from taxation. Many states require a sales/use tax return filing at the end of the year for taxable purchases that were not taxed (including internet purchases) and payment of use tax on those purchases. For more information, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.

Tracking information and estimated delivery date will be provided immediately upon dispatching. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country.
