REFUND POLICY

CASEFINITE CO., LTD (JAPAN)  is committed to satisfy each valued customer with confidence in our brand. Every phone case is meticulously prepared and packaged by a member of team, and it goes through a checking process before it is delivered according to each order to guarantee your confidence in purchasing with us. If you discover any defect with the case(s) accountable by us in any chance, CASEFINITE CO., LTD (JAPAN) will bear full responsibility by replacing a new phone case to your satisfaction. 
 
If you wish to return and replace your phone case(s), please kindly email us with the reason, within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Return without prior communication will not be accepted. Our team will inspect the products once your return parcel is received. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. We highly recommend that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
